Grooming should be the easy part of owning a dog. We keep the shop calm and clean, let nervous dogs settle, and never crate a dog who doesn't want to be. After nearly forty years, most of our dogs are repeat regulars — and a lot of them first came to us as puppies.

Crating is optional at TLC. We only crate a dog if they're calmer that way — otherwise they stay out with us through their groom.
Full grooms and baths are by appointment — book online any time. Nail trims and quick walk-in services are first-come, based on groomer availability.
It depends on your dog's size and coat. Full grooms start at $75 for an x-small dog and go up to $170 for an x-large. Your groomer confirms the price after a quick look.
Absolutely. We keep the shop calm and never rush a dog. We've been gently grooming anxious and older dogs in the east end for nearly forty years.
We're at 5303 Canotek Rd, Unit 20A in Ottawa's east end. Open Tuesday to Sunday, 9am to 5pm. Closed Mondays.
New clients may be asked for a deposit to hold a first appointment. For pickups there's a 30-minute window, then a small late fee applies. We'll always remind you when you book.
