Every 6–8 weeks is the standard. Dogs that spend time outdoors or have longer coats benefit from more frequent visits to prevent matting — especially in the armpits, behind the ears, and under the collar.

Teddy bear, puppy clip, kennel cut, modified breed standard — whatever you're after. Show us a photo at drop-off and we'll match it as closely as the coat allows. First visit? We'll chat about what works for your dog's texture.

Yes. We assess the mat situation at check-in and talk through options before we start — we won't surprise you. Severe mats may require a shorter cut to avoid distress to the dog. We'll always explain before we proceed.

Full groom starts at $100 for a medium doodle (21–40 lb), $135 for a large doodle (41–90 lb), $170 for an extra-large (91 lb+). A deposit holds your slot and comes off your groom — refundable if you cancel 24+ hours in advance.

No crating. Your dog is with a groomer from the moment they arrive until pickup. We also don't use cage dryers — it's a quieter, calmer experience that makes a real difference for anxious dogs.

Proof of current rabies and bordetella vaccinations is required for all first-time clients. If your dog has a preferred cut or reacts to anything specific, mention it at drop-off — our groomers take notes.
